The Work: Phinthong astutely focuses on contemporary issues in Thailand to do with the access Thai people have to HIV medicines. Building on his previous work about copyright laws, the artist brings our attention to compulsory drug licensing laws within the kingdom and suggests the situation should alter immediately.
